Start with a pint in the Beer Hall, home to one of the longest bars in the North and an ever-changing selection of Bowland Brewery ales and guest craft beers. Sample local delights in the Food Hall, where fresh, seasonal ingredients take centre stage. For a sweet treat, step into the Gelateria and indulge in our handmade, Italian-style gelato. And for those extra-special occasions, the stylish Bistro, Bar & Grill offers an exclusive setting for private dining and celebrations.

BOWLAND BEER HALL
One of the longest bars in Britain, 105ft 4” to be exact, home to 42 hand pulls and hosts a minimum of 24 individually sourced cask beers at any one time. There are ever-changing keg beers and ciders on tap too, plus a rolling roster of weird and wonderful cans and bottles in the fridges.

BOWLAND FOOD HALL
Part café, farm shop, deli, juice bar and health food shop, however you choose to describe it, Bowland Food Hall is about quality and provenance. After all, if you are what you eat then you owe it to yourself to eat well.
We work with as many local food and drink producers as possible. Most of which are small independent artisan producers who are passionate and committed with the pursuit of quality placed above all else.

BISTRO, BAR & GRILL
A spectacular room in the most unlikely of locations, used for exclusively for private events and weddings, as well as our very own themed dinners and ticked events, its a space that serves deliciously moreish food and drink to mark any occasion.
At the heart of the luxurious space, you’ll find the most stylish and superbly well-stocked bar, stocked with our very own small batch of gins and rums, as The Bar & Grill is also home to its very own distillery.

Is there anything better than the taste of freshly made artisan Gelato? We don’t think so. Our Holmes Made Gelato is created using locally sourced milk and cream – the perfect treat whilst you visit!
We have a rotation of 18 classic and innovative ice-cream flavours, as well as a great selection of vegan sorbet. But it’s not all about the ice-cream! We also serve up mouth-watering waffles, milkshakes and crêpes!
