Our 12 bedrooms are different shapes and sizes and they are really quite unique. The one thing they do have in common is they’re all super cosy with brilliant beds and super bed linen. One or two have views to die for! Located in Ash Tree Cottage and the former Post Office, the Assheton Arms is the perfect place to stay for walkers and cyclists, weekend staycationers and family breaks.

Room Details
All our rooms are dog friendly and feature as standard free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV.
Rooms 2, 8 and 12 have access to a shared garden at the back of the cottage and room 5 and 12 are split level with a ground floor seating area.

We allow dogs in the bar area and in our bedrooms. We do have an additional deep cleaning charge for bedrooms to allow the housekeeping team to ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned for the next guests.
We are located in a Grade II listed stone building and therefore unfortunately not all of the areas in the pub have disabled access. However, there is a seating area in the bar which is accessible and we also have accessible toilets.
Yes, we have a small car park located to the right of the pub.
