Open to Professional & Amateur Photographers
The newly refurbished Wennington Hall is poised to become Lancashire’s most stunning wedding venue. With countless photo opportunities both inside and out, we invite both professional and amateur photographers to capture the beauty of this spectacular estate. We are hosting two dedicated photography days with unrestricted access to all public areas. The venue will be dressed to impress, and we’ll have a roaming couple to complete the picture.Open House & Garden Days:
13th & 14th July
10am – 4pm
The top 10 photographs, selected by the James’ Places team, will be digitally displayed for a public vote, with the winner receiving a £1000 prize. Additionally, commercial photographers will have the chance to attend our wedding open days and have their work tagged on our social channels.
Terms & conditions of entry
- A maximum of 5 photographs per photographer may be entered.
- Photographs must be submitted by 28th July 2024 by Dropbox or WeTransfer and sent to social@jamesplaces.co.uk. No submissions will be accepted after this date.
- Your photographs should be saved using the following file structure Business Name_social tag (if relevant)_photograph number 1 - 5
- 10 photographs will be selected by the James’ Places team, these will be digitally displayed for a public vote via the Wennington Hall and Dream Venue social channels.
- The winner will be announced on 16th August 2024
- Prize is £1000 in cash, money will be bank transferred to the winner within 7 days of the winning photograph announcement.
- Commercial photographers entering the competition will be contacted re future opportunities to attend our Open House and Wedding Fair events.
